ΦPRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The discharge door is an auxiliary equipment for waste incineration power plants, used in the waste discharge hall. This product has certain corrosion resistance, long service life, flexible operation, and frequent use. There are currently roughly four types of discharge doors: one is a counterweight type lifting door, one is a hydraulic swing door, one is a cover door, and one is a hard fast door.
The discharge door adopts pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric driving methods, and can be controlled in both the garbagedischarge hall and the grab control room. The discharge door is a double door flat open/2 fold flat push/cover type. Each discharge door is equipped with an independent control device to reduce faults and mitigate impacts. The control system has two operating modes: local and overall control. Normal unloading configuration: 1. Local switch box (with a panel equipped with a change-over switch and emergency stop
button for local/master control selection). 2. Main control cabinet (located in the unloading door control room, equipped with power distribution facilities, transformers, and independent control devices for each door). The main control console of the discharge door is set in the garbage grab control room, with three operating modes: local, automatic, and remote, which can be freely selected. In order to make the garbage truck driver aware of the specific unloading location, one IP56 red and one green traffic signal light is installed above each unloading door, Set up an operation console (main control) in the garbage grab control room, with N door switch buttons and N door two-position transfer switches arranged on the console. The two operating positions are: console operation and local operation. There are two corresponding control methods,namely main control panel control and local control. Main control panel control: The control room operator will open the corresponding discharge door in the garbage grab control room based on the position of the garbage grab and the height of the material level near each discharge door. Each door body displays the discharge status signal, and the garbage truck
driver will operate the discharge based on this signal. Local control: The discharge door switch will be switched to the local control, and the on-site operator will control the discharge door switch through the local switch button next to the door body, Each door body displays a status signal, and the garbage truck driver operates the unloading based on this signal. Each discharge door system has overload protection, collision protection, and other fault protection functions. The opening and closing process can be adjusted according to the performance curve, and can be self-locking in case of power failure due to certain reasons.
